J.L. Blakely

Jackie (J.L.) Blakely was born in East Liverpool, Ohio and began her writing career as a journalist for the local newspaper. She has since graduated from journalism studies and has graduated with distinction from UCLA's Feature Film Writing certificate program. She has optioned several scripts and has recently joined forces with Give and Take Productions (Mark Gantt and Brian Davis) who will produce her script A PLACE APART in 2015.

Jackie currently lives in the Canadian prairies.
